FILM SCREENING

We are preparing for the

Film Screening on 23rd July, 7-9PM,

where we will screen a selection of artist films from London, including John Smith's Hackney Marshes (TV Version). Introduction by Jason Dungan. All are welcome!

Watching football in Halmstad while waiting for Jenifer's train to roll in.....

Dinner at Andersabo



A barbeque for artists from London and from Halland in front of Andersabo. Claes-Goran's dog is under the table.



Excursion to Halmstad to see a public Picasso sculpture. Did he ever touch it? Our research says: NO.


We have attended a local auction and bought some rugs for the floor in the Hex Pavillion which will be taking shape in the next few days.

Comings and Goings

Lucy and Alice are leaving today.  Last night we screened one of Lucy's films and Claire Hooper's film "Nyx" for ourselves.

Paul Richards and Jenifer Evans are here now, and we have found some wood to build a temporary structure in front of the house.  The studios are starting to function, there is much cooking, and Jenifer is practicing her Arabic.

Arrival

We have arrived and begun to set up studios in the house and outside in the shed and barn. Lucy Clout, Alice Channer, and Jenifer Evans have arrived and begun to settle in; Paul Richards arrives tomorrow.

There is a bbq at the house today (Tuesday 13) for everyone to get to know each other, including the Swedish artists in the area and some people from Unnaryd.

We are currently setting up the barn to run screenings, there should be more information and images soon.
