Much of the food at The Hex Sweden is freshly prepared. Jason, in the top photo, is taking a couple of hot steaming loaves from the oven. Delicious.
In the bottom photo, Jason is gathering 'cow plop' to add to the compost. The patty contains a wealth of fauna such as symbiotic bacteria and insects which have gathered on the dung externally. These help decompose food waste products into fantastic fertilizer for the garden.
Harvesting the plants and cooking them completes the cycle.
